Showcase Pre-Workout

A full showcase simulation, run by former pros. Your athlete moves through the same stations a real showcase uses: a dynamic warm-up, performance assessments, and feedback. The point isn’t to be the showcase. It’s to walk into the real one already knowing what to expect, with the nerves out of the way.

“… The facility is great, and the coaches are just as awesome. We’ve had different coaches for different things and I highly recommend this place for any kids wanting to further educate themselves in baseball.”

How it works

Your showcase, simulated start to finish

Dynamic warm-up

Guided stretching and movement prep that gets your body ready to perform and your nerves settled.
You’ll move through the same warm-up a real showcase expects, so step one is also where the jitters start to fade.
• Injury-smart movement prep

Get evaluated

Run the same measurables as a real showcase: 60-yard dash, defensive throws, pop times, pitching, and BP.
Instructors run each station, and TrackMan captures exit velocity and pitch speed, so your numbers are real, not guesses. Stations run staggered to cut downtime.
• 60-yd dash · pop times · exit velo

Get feedback

Sit down with instructors for honest feedback and an open Q&A on positions and showcase strategy.
Learn which positions to highlight and how to show your strengths. Individual feedback and email follow-up are available on request.

HOW WE TEACH BASEBALL

A

METHODOLOGY

OUR
METHOD:
R.E.I.

Athletes don't get better by accident. They get better when three things line up: the right instructor, the right environment, and the right information — at the right time. That's the framework underneath every program we run.

Relationship. Environment. Information.

01 / 03 R

RELATIONSHIP

HOVER FOR DETAIL

Real instruction rests on trust between athlete and instructor. Tight ratios (1:6) and instructors who've walked the same path are how we make that possible.

02 / 03 E

ENVIRONMENT

HOVER FOR DETAIL

Athletes need a place where it's safe to fail. Remove the judgment, and what's left is freedom to try, miss, and get better.

03 / 03 I

INFORMATION

HOVER FOR DETAIL

The right coaching at the right time. Age-appropriate, skill-appropriate, delivered when the athlete is ready.

OUR INSTRUCTORS

TAUGHT BY
THOSE WHO'VE
LIVED IT

Every instructor here played at the collegiate or professional level — former MLB, MiLB, or NCAA Division I and II athletes. They know what your athlete is feeling — because they felt it.

Let's get started.

FAQ

Showcase questions, answered

It's a training session that simulates a real showcase. Your athlete runs the same drills and measurables a showcase uses, so they learn the format, build confidence, and shake the nerves before it counts.
Showcases move fast and evaluators decide quickly. Going in already knowing the format, and having practiced it under former pros, means your athlete spends the real day performing, not figuring out what's next.
A mock showcase: a 60-yard dash, defensive throws from the infield and outfield, catcher pop times, a pitching evaluation, and batting practice. Stations run staggered to keep things moving.
